Job Summary: We are seeking an ERP Consultant to advise on the implementation, optimization, and support of ERP systems in technology projects, ensuring operational efficiency and client success. Participation in cutting-edge technology projects Through our P\&PD Engineering division (ATS Global), we are managing the recruitment process for an ERP Consultant on behalf of one of our clients headquartered in the Basque Country. Role Objective: The ERP Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advisory services regarding the implementation, optimization, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and engineering solutions within technology projects. This role aims to ensure that systems align with client requirements, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the success of the company's technology projects. * ERP Advisory and Optimization: Provide specialized consultancy for implementing and optimizing ERP systems, aligning them with the client's business processes and proposing technical solutions to improve operational efficiency. * Solution Analysis and Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design customized solutions integrating ERP with engineering and manufacturing processes. * Project Management and Coordination: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives, while collaborating with teams to guarantee efficient execution. * Training and Support: Train end users for effective ERP utilization and provide ongoing technical support to resolve incidents, ensuring system operability. * Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems, implement changes to optimize performance, and stay updated on ERP trends and technologies to recommend innovations. * Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation on system implementation and customization, generating periodic progress reports and identifying risks. * Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years as an ERP Consultant, preferably in engineering and manufacturing. Experience in project management, from planning through post-implementation support. * Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), business process analysis tools, and technology platforms related to engineering and manufacturing. Experience in system integration and database work. * Consulting and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems while optimizing processes.
