Flexible scheduling with potential to increase working hours We are looking for a Pilates Equipment-Based Instructor (primarily Reformer) to join our Pilates Studio in Castrillón (Asturias). Our studio specializes in equipment-based training (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.) and offers small-group classes with a personalized, high-quality approach. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Teach Pilates equipment-based classes (primarily Reformer) * Adapt exercises to meet individual student needs * Ensure proper technical execution and maintain a safe environment * Maintain a friendly yet professional relationship with clients REQUIREMENTS: * Certified Pilates equipment-based training (Reformer certification mandatory) * Prior experience (preferred) * Knowledge of anatomy and postural control * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Certification from recognized Pilates schools * Experience in rehabilitation and physical therapy * Availability to expand working hours in the future WE OFFER: * Join a professional and friendly studio environment * Small class sizes and high-quality instruction * Flexible scheduling * Potential to increase working hours based on demand Employment Type: Part-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Expected Hours: 20 hours per week Benefits: * Flexible scheduling Work Location: On-site
