We believe health is an integral balance and seek professionals who understand exercise as a tool for care and longevity. **What will be your mission?** As part of our team, you will guide our clients toward their wellness goals, always prioritizing safety and postural health. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting initial assessments of physical condition and health status. * Designing personalized programs focused on wellness, mobility, and functional strength. * Accompanying and motivating clients with empathy and professionalism. * Tracking progress beyond the scale: energy levels, mobility, and overall sensations. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science (CAFYD), Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSEAS), or equivalent certifications focused on health. * **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in personal training or holistic health. * **Focus:** Strong interest in postural health, injury prevention, or functional wellness. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills, empathy, and punctuality. * **Residence:** Preferably in Hoyo de Manzanares or surrounding areas (Torrelodones, Colmenar Viejo, Villalba). **What do we offer you?** * **Unique Work Environment:** The tranquility and natural surroundings of the Sierra de Madrid. * **Flexibility:** Schedule management to support your work-life balance. * **Growth:** Participation in a project that values technical expertise and human-centered care. * **Culture:** A positive work environment, distinct from 'low-cost' gym dynamics.
