Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Facility Services division, is recruiting a Proposal Technician for its Northern regional office, located in Bilbao or Zaragoza.**Job Description** Mission: Collaborate with and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to improve both decision-making and project execution processes through your work. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze tender specifications or terms of reference provided to prepare a proposal. * Inform departments involved in the proposal (Operations, HR, Legal, Insurance, etc.) of the necessary data to prepare a winning proposal. * Plan the entire proposal development process (meetings, consultations, closures) as required by the proposal preparation procedure. * Conduct necessary consultations with the client to clarify proposal requirements. * Carry out required technical studies to calculate resources needed for the proposal. * Carry out required economic studies to calculate the proposal value. * Develop a comprehensive proposal—both technical and economic—as well as identify proposed risks and existing levers. * Prepare technical and economic reports for submission to the client in private tenders. * Prepare technical and economic reports, along with all other required documents, in the format specified for submission to official notifications in public tenders. * Request pricing from subcontractors/suppliers participating in the proposal, either via the Procurement Department or directly, as appropriate. * Collaborate in improving the proposal repository. * Analyze bid openings. * Prepare technical reports justifying abnormally low bids. * Manage the entire process in the CRM to ensure it remains permanently updated. * Review and revise proposals. * Participate in data collection activities as needed. * Participate in client-facing proposal defense meetings as needed. **Candidate Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: * Technical engineering degree; industrial engineering preferred, or equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum three years’ prior experience in service companies performing similar tasks: preparation of technical reports, analysis of tender documents, feasibility studies, etc. * Prior experience in service-sector proposals and/or tenders: cleaning, facility maintenance, auxiliary services, etc. * Knowledge of the business landscape and corporate ecosystem in the assigned geographical area. * Advanced proficiency in office software tools: Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Advanced level of English. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment, enabling all individuals to participate on equal footing.
