We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join a sociosanitary organization dedicated to residential care for older adults. This is a cross-functional position with direct impact on the safety and well-being of both professional staff and residents.
**YOUR MISSION**
Guarantee the safety and health of workers and residents by promoting a preventive culture, assessing and controlling sector-specific risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance—with special attention to protecting older adults. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Assess sector-specific risks: resident handling, falls, manual handling of loads, biological agents, cleaning products, psychosocial risks, and ergonomics.
* Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, and work procedures.
* Design, implement, and maintain prevention plans adapted to the sociosanitary environment.
* Develop and update safety protocols (e.g., resident handling, falls prevention, management of healthcare waste, biological risks).
* Supervise correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and technical aids.
* Deliver occupational risk prevention training: resident handling, posture hygiene, infection prevention, first aid.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and propose corrective measures.
* Participate in emergency and evacuation plans adapted to reduced mobility; coordinate drills.
* Liaise with labor authorities (SPA), mutual insurance companies, Labor Inspection, and public health authorities.
**Additionally, you will assume responsibilities as head of the management system:**
* Design, document, and implement policies, processes, and procedures; standardize practices across centers.
* Plan and conduct internal audits, and coordinate external certification audits.
* Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Define and monitor KPIs and objectives jointly with Management.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams on preventive plans impacting safety.
**Requirements:**

✅ REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Safety and Health, Engineering, or Nursing with occupational risk prevention training; or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational risk prevention, preferably in healthcare, sociosanitary, or dependency care settings.
* Knowledge of occupational risk prevention regulations and residential care facility standards.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Training in dependent person handling, infection prevention, psychogerontology, and first aid/BLS.
