Published on 02/07/2026 **Mission** ----------- Tigloo is a Spanish technology consultancy, part of the French DCS IT Group, offering comprehensive IT services for digital transformation, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, outsourcing, and system development, helping enterprises modernize and optimize their digital environments with tailored solutions and a strong focus on customers and human talent. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Support SAP S/4HANA configuration, especially in processes related to quality and certifications. * Provide user support for daily SAP usage, resolving basic incidents and functional queries. * Assist with data loading, maintenance, and validation within the system. * Ensure the quality and consistency of information recorded in SAP. * Collaborate with the Quality team and the IT department during the implementation phase. * Document procedures and operational guidelines related to system usage. * Future participation in general IT support tasks and SAP environment maintenance. **Profile** ---------- You will provide IT technical support during the SAP S/4HANA implementation, assisting the Quality team with system configuration and data management, ensuring its proper use in certification processes. You will subsequently evolve into a more IT-oriented role, providing support for system maintenance, data management, and user assistance within the organization. **What are we looking for in you?** * Technical education in Computer Science (Vocational Training or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar). * General IT knowledge (systems, applications, user support). * Ability to work with data (loading, reviewing, and validating). * Advanced level of English (B2 or equivalent) for communication in an international environment. * Basic knowledge or initial experience with SAP (S/4HANA is a plus).
