Through a clear 3-year strategy, process-oriented work, multidisciplinary teams, and people development. **What We Offer** ---------------- * Permanent contract in a fast-growing company with long-term prospects. * Personal and professional development within a young and experienced team. * Work-life balance and flexibility across many areas as company policy. * Annual development interviews to receive continuous feedback. **What We Need** ------------------- **My responsibilities and functions in this position are:** * I conduct studies and analyze the various proposals assigned to me. * I convey information accurately and systematically to customers and AGUI teams. * I communicate proposal details to internal and external collaborators—including Quality, Safety, Purchasing, and Production—to ensure feasibility. * I participate in negotiations with customers (pricing, projects, deadlines, etc.). * I monitor projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, budgets, and deadlines. * I continuously monitor monthly offer results (KPIs), both awarded and non-awarded. * I prepare cost breakdowns. * I propose improvements to processes and projects. * I participate in meetings and develop action plans aimed at increasing project profitability and financial robustness. * I conduct thorough analyses to determine starting points and requirements (consumption, deadlines, investment, customer-specified requirements, detailed drawing review, etc.). * I gather all necessary information and decide on manufacturing methods (available machines, tolerances, location, available space, sufficient resources and personnel, etc.). * I ensure everything is clearly defined before initiating prototype production. * Upon receiving approval, I request all necessary inputs from relevant departments; when required, I produce drawings, and once manufacturing capability is confirmed, I report to Quality for verification of compliance with specifications. If everything is OK, I ensure Quality certifies the parts. * I draft detailed reports for Purchasing and the customer. * In parallel, I plan the workstation setup, study all requirements, and maintain constant communication with Purchasing. * Once I confirm all aspects are fully aligned, I proceed to manufacturing. * I support and train operators with all necessary documentation and tools. * Finally, I close the project by collecting incidents, suggestions for possible modifications, figures, etc. * Subsequently, I ensure operators fully understand the process and continue monitoring the industrialized project. **What other skills and competencies do I need?** * Advanced SolidWorks and AutoCAD proficiency * Advanced Word and Excel proficiency * Advanced spoken and written English * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrialization and in a similar role * Power BI, Inventor, and Catia are desirable **JOIN A GREAT FAMILY.** ------------------------------------ AGUI comprises a large team of highly qualified professionals with extensive sector experience.
