Proactivity in breakdown prevention In Andoain, we are seeking production operators for a prominent industrial company. We are looking for candidates with industrial sector experience, preferably holding a Higher Vocational Training Diploma (Grado Superior) or FP2 qualification in an industrial field, and possessing a forklift or overhead crane license. Daily responsibilities will include raw material preparation, production line control and supervision, organization and cleaning of the work area, and proactive measures to prevent breakdowns and production stoppages. A long-term temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency) is offered. Working hours will follow rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night), with an initial adaptation phase covering all three shifts. Salary will be based on the Gipuzkoa collective agreement. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace, and a minimum of 1 year’s experience in industrial production roles is mandatory.
