Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for window cleaning and general maintenance, including surface cleaning, furniture cleaning, common area cleaning, floor treatment, and waste management. Possibility of permanent employment after temporary contract We are seeking personnel to perform window cleaning and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning glazed surfaces, various furniture items and common areas, as well as floor treatment and proper waste management. Proficiency in handling specialized cleaning tools and products is required. This is a temporary contract, offering the possibility of permanent employment. The working schedule is part-time, totaling 30 hours per week. Working days are Monday to Friday, morning shift from 7:00 to 13:00\. Remuneration will comply with the Bizkaia Cleaning Collective Agreement. At least one year of prior experience in window cleaning is required. Availability to adhere to the scheduled working hours is mandatory. Previous experience in the general cleaning sector is considered an advantage. Candidates must reside in nearby localities and, preferably, have their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
