We are seeking a Community Cleaning Service Assistant (ASL) to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning kitchen facilities. Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Shifts: morning and/or afternoon according to rota – Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week as stipulated by the collective agreement. Salary according to the Gipuzkoa Hospitality Collective Agreement. Duration: Temporary replacement for absences due to sick leave, permits, or vacations. Temporary contract. Job Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks for utensils, stovetops, machinery, and tableware in the restaurant and kitchen, as well as cleaning all kitchen areas. Clean dining rooms and kitchen, bar, and utensil areas. Prepare ingredients required by the chef (e.g., cutting, peeling…) and provide support during dish preparation. Carry out auxiliary tasks in food production. Handle cleaning of tableware, dining areas, and kitchens. Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition while performing duties. Keep all areas organized, clean, and disinfected. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive working environment to ensure high-quality customer service. Requirements Education: Compulsory basic education. Experience in the hospitality, collective catering, or food service sectors is valued. 1–2 years’ experience in similar cleaning roles. Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills. Teamwork orientation. Flexible availability.
