Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** Bestinver, a leading independent financial group with over 35 years of experience, is seeking to hire a Senior Investor Relations Officer for its Bilbao office. **Job Description** * Commercial attention and development of investors. * Management and commercial development of BESTINVER clients assigned to the Bilbao office. * Acquisition of new business. * Client portfolio retention, maximizing AuM retention. * Maximizing the success rate of managed Sales Opportunities. * Executing 100% of planned and assigned campaigns. * Representing the BESTINVER brand in Bilbao, helping to extend brand recognition among existing and prospective clients. * Compliance with commercial and operational processes under established Regulatory Compliance standards: adherence to the Internal Code of Conduct, training plans, complaint handling, and quality compliance in marketing. **Candidate Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * EFA qualification or equivalent, enabling at least the marketing of investment funds. * Strong commercial aptitude and communication skills. * Minimum 10 years of experience in investor management, acquisition, and development within Personal Banking/Affluent segments. * Occasional travel outside the office. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring all individuals can participate on equal footing.
