The selected candidate will be responsible for technical supervision of installation teams on-site and serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client throughout all project phases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and supervising progress of work performed by installation teams on-site. * Technical coordination and control of schedule adherence, quality, and specification compliance. * Preliminary client contact to review technical requirements prior to site commencement. * Direct liaison with the client during project execution. * Resolution of technical issues in coordination with internal teams. * Periodic reporting to the Technical Department and Project Management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably with experience in civil construction). * Prior experience in construction-site environments or field-based technical team management. * Leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. * Availability to travel Monday through Thursday, approximately twice per month. * Technically proficient profile with strong interpersonal presence and a client-oriented professional approach. * Organizational ability, autonomy, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development within an established industrial company. * Stable employment contract. * Dynamic project with technical responsibility and direct client interaction. * Remuneration: negotiable based on experience and profile.
