




**What are we looking for?** A person with **initiative** and **teamwork skills** to work in an **Additive Manufacturing Laboratory.** The **main tasks** of the PAI will be the following: * Design preparation for printing. * User-level operation of PBF\-LB and BJ equipment: parameter selection, material changes, equipment cleaning. * Post-processing of PBF\-LB parts: removal of support structures, sandblasting of parts, stress relief treatments. * Post-processing of BJ parts: curing, debinding, sintering, thermal treatments, measurement of interstitial levels (C, S, O, N), dimensional control of manufactured parts, etc. * Placing orders to replenish PBF\-LB tools and consumables for BJ. * Equipment maintenance: coordination with Renishaw and Desktop Metal technicians, updating the equipment usage database. * Metallographic sample preparation: cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing, and chemical etching. * Determination of C, S, N, and O concentration using LECO analysis. * Hardness measurements. * Microstructural analysis using optical microscopy and image analysis (SEM). * Powder characterization: particle size distribution, density, flowability. **We offer:** Joining a company at the forefront of technological knowledge, with a clear commitment to societal service.
