Currently, it is implementing a major investment project in Gijón focused on new business lines and seeks to hire: **PRODUCT MANAGER** **MISSION** The Product Manager reports to the Global Marketing Director and is responsible for identifying market needs to develop new products or improve existing SAMOA products. Upon completion of a product’s development phase, the Product Manager must ensure all requirements are met for launching the product into the market according to standards set by the Global Marketing Department. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop 3\-5 year product roadmaps outlining plans for new product development or product improvements, supported by data\-driven market studies. * Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, new product needs, or opportunities for improvement of existing products, through customer visits, end\-user interviews, and trade fairs. These insights will be presented to the Product Development Committee. * Collaborate with the Linter Technical Center (SAMOA Group’s R\+D center) and other departments to develop new products, ensuring they meet market expectations upon launch. * Coordinate delivery of new product samples to the market for testing and track their performance. * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, performing analyses to support decision\-making. * Develop and maintain up\-to\-date technical and technical\-commercial documentation. * Develop, promote, and coordinate technical\-commercial training for SAMOA products. * Upload and maintain accurate product information across websites, PIM systems, catalogs, and product databases. * Analyze and monitor sales performance within the assigned product line, identifying obsolete items, low\-demand products, or stock requirements. * Develop necessary documentation and content to support Sales and Marketing activities, helping promote the SAMOA brand and products across various channels (offline and online). * Facilitate internal communication across the SAMOA Group regarding product marketing matters. * Channel, analyze, and filter commercial requests for new products or modifications to existing products, forwarding relevant proposals to the Product Development Committee. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Opportunity to join an established company with 60 years of activity, solidly positioned and undergoing continuous growth and improvement. * Real opportunities for professional development within the company and the Group. * Continuous and specific training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience and expertise.
