MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer service for handling pickup orders. * Monitoring shipment status and departures to meet established deadlines in coordination with HUBs and designated partners. * Opening files for subsequent invoicing. * Shipment tracking. * Preparation and management of documentation. * Resolution of traffic-related incidents. * Keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments.
