Main Responsibilities: * Customer service for pickup order management. * Monitoring shipment status and departures to meet established deadlines in coordination with HUBs and designated partners. * Opening files for subsequent invoicing. * Shipment tracking. * Preparation and management of documentation. * Resolution of traffic-related incidents. * Keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: * Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of teamwork. * Intermediate English. * French and/or German are an advantage.
