At Pacto, we are looking for an HR Consultant to join our office in Donostia. If you are a proactive person with experience in the sector and eager to make a difference, this is your moment! What responsibilities will depend on you? Your role will be key to ensuring the success of our office, from talent selection (hospitality and generalist) to labor management and customer service. These are some of your responsibilities: \- Analyze the Job Description provided by clients and define the required profiles. \- Post job offers on portals and contact training centers and/or job pools according to needs. \- Conduct selection interviews, both phone and in-person. \- Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. \- Update and maintain the candidate database. \- Perform client visits for follow-up when necessary. \- Manage administrative processes. ### **Requirements** \- 2\-3 years of experience in temporary work agencies (ETT) and/or consulting; experience in selecting generalist and hospitality profiles will be valued positively. \- Residence in Donostia or nearby areas. \- Immediate availability. \- Own vehicle is a plus.
