We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our office in Donostia/San Sebastián. If you are proactive, have sector experience, and are eager to make a difference, this is your moment! What responsibilities will be yours? Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our office—from talent acquisition through labor administration and customer service. These are some of your key responsibilities: \- Analyze job descriptions provided by clients and define required candidate profiles. \- Post job openings on portals and contact employment centers and/or job boards as needed. \- Conduct recruitment interviews, both by phone and in person. \- Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. \- Update and maintain the candidate database. \- Conduct client visits for follow-up when necessary. \- Manage administrative processes including social security registration, hiring, payroll contributions, absenteeism (sick leave, work-related accidents), and accident reporting. \- Coordinate occupational health and safety (PRL), training, and employee information activities. \- Enter data for payroll calculation and closing, as well as manage invoicing and garnishments. \- Handle procedures with public agencies and ensure proper filing and updating of employment documentation. \- Ensure timely delivery of employment contracts, PRL documents, and safety equipment, as required. ### **Requirements** \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the ETT sector and/or consulting; experience in generalist profile recruitment is highly valued. \- Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas. \- Immediate availability. \- Having a personal vehicle is considered an asset.
