Join our team and discover how, together, we can contribute today to the mining industry of the future. **People Management Generalist – 4x3 Hybrid – Zaldivar Mining Company** We are seeking a professional to join Minera Zaldivar’s People Team, reporting directly to the People Management Superintendent. The purpose of this role is to provide support and advisory services to line managers in executing all people management processes in accordance with Group policies, strategies, and standards—building trust-based relationships and being recognized as a strategic partner by stakeholders, in coordination with the functional teams within the People area. **Key Challenges:** * Understand the business and its key variables to support clients in making strategic decisions grounded in the business context. * Drive change by fostering a more agile, flexible organization capable of effectively executing transformations. * Provide support and advisory services to executives and supervisors to ensure informed decisions regarding administrative, legal, and regulatory matters—considering potential impacts and ensuring correct procedural application. * Keep executives and supervisors updated on organizational development initiatives, ensuring they understand their impact on business strategy. * Implement and ensure compliance with people management and administration processes (e.g., structure, staffing, recruitment, compensation, training, talent and performance management). * Clearly and effectively communicate people-related policies and procedures across the entire organization. Supervise and monitor metrics for areas under your responsibility to ensure results align with strategic objectives. * **Application Requirements:** * Professional degree in Psychology, Civil Engineering (any specialty), Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles of similar responsibility within the mining sector. * Prior experience in Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Prior experience in staffing budgeting. * A Class B driver’s license, held for at least three years, is desirable. * Health compatible with the position.
