




We are seeking an experienced and passionate Maître who shares our vision of hospitality: approachable, professional, and memorable. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Ensure the smooth operation of dining room service, maintaining the Group Akelarre’s standards of excellence. * Supervise and coordinate the dining room team, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment. * Lead the exclusive à la carte breakfast service for hotel guests, ensuring an impeccable experience from the very first moment of the day. * Welcome and advise guests, delivering personalized service that exceeds their expectations. * Manage reservations, schedule shifts, and supervise Room Service operations. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless and harmonious guest experience. * Ensure achievement of service and guest satisfaction targets. **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maître or in a similar position of responsibility, preferably in high-end gastronomy. * Natural leadership, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. * Excellent communication abilities and a genuine service orientation. * Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are valued). * Familiarity with reservation and service management tools. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including mornings, essential for breakfast service). **What do we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading gastronomic group. * A stable and dynamic work environment that values talent, professionalism, and teamwork. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Competitive compensation based on merit and experience. * Meals provided during working hours.
