We seek a Technical Business Analyst profile to perform the following responsibilities: * Collaborate in the analysis, collection of functional requirements, and coordination of projects within the Alliance Agreements area, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications and successful execution of various projects. * Participate in managing existing agreements, supporting functionality evolution, incident resolution, request prioritization, and initiative tracking. * Coordinate communication among business, architecture, development, QA, systems teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring a unified vision and smooth progress of work. * Participate in functional testing, validations, and certifications of necessary integrations with various partners. * Identify risks and dependencies, proposing alternatives and mitigation strategies. * Provide ongoing functional and technical support to the Alliance Agreements area and third-party stakeholders in using deployed solutions. * Collaborate closely with the IT Manager of the Alliance Agreements area, providing analysis, reporting, and cross-functional visibility into the status of ongoing work. Desired Experience: * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Team Leader, or IT Consultant in the insurance sector, preferably in Life, Property & Casualty, and Funeral Insurance lines. * Experience in integration projects between companies, distribution agreements, co-insurance, or reinsurance (highly valued). * Desired experience in development using JAVA frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, JSF) and OpenShift architectures, both on-premises and cloud-based. * Desirable experience implementing commercial Core solutions (full suite) for the Insurance sector. Required Knowledge: * Higher vocational training qualification, Bachelor’s degree, and/or University degree in Computer Engineering. * Functional knowledge of the insurance business and underwriting processes. * Knowledge of microservices-based architectures. * Knowledge of integrations (APIs, JSON, event-driven architecture, Postman usage). * Familiarity with project/request management tools (ServiceNow, Jira or similar). * Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies; Agile methodology is highly valued.
