Full-time position with fixed working hours We are seeking an Accounting Administrator for the Finance Department of a company specializing in lighting equipment rental, located in Fuenlabrada. Main responsibilities include accounting and financial management, supporting the preparation of accounting records and treasury operations. You will also handle collections control, monitoring outstanding debts and sending payment reminders to customers. Issuing sales invoices, generating due dates, and registering purchase invoices—including scheduling payments—will be other key duties. Additionally, you will collaborate on customer risk management and preparation of reports for tax filing. A long-term temporary contract is offered. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00, including one hour for lunch. Immediate start is required. * Residence near the workplace * Availability for immediate start * Education: Vocational Training Level I or II in Administration * Languages: Spanish. English recommended (reading and writing). * Proficiency in software such as A3 and SAGE. * Advanced user-level IT skills, with emphasis on advanced Excel and enterprise management applications * Thorough knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts (PGC), latest applicable version.
