Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to lead the industrial transformation towards the aerospace market, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements. Work for leading customers in the aerospace and security sectors At **Gallega de Circuitos Electrónicos (GCE)**, a company specializing in printed circuit board manufacturing and part of **Televés Corporación**, we are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on carrying out **the industrial transformation of the factory towards the aerospace market.** The objective is **to ensure that the product complies with technical specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards**, guaranteeing its suitability for IPC Class 3\. This position falls within **a highly dynamic work environment undergoing change**. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration (across several companies within the Corporation) are required. We seek candidates with experience in the aerospace sector or strong interest in training and learning, a practical and proactive mindset, and a methodical and rigorous working approach. We offer the opportunity to join an **ambitious advanced electronics project**, featuring significant technical challenges within a forward-looking engineering environment, working for leading customers in the aerospace and security sectors. **Responsibilities** * Perform and/or supervise intermediate and final product inspections: + Visual, dimensional, and functional inspection. + Use of equipment such as AOI, microscope, measurement tools, etc. + Verification of compliance with IPC or customer specifications * Ensure quality for intermediate and final products. Design and implement control plans and critical process points. * Manage non-conformities, including root cause analysis, definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and follow-up on their effectiveness. * Analyze process and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate in product testing, trials, and validation. **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Electronics or related fields). * Experience in technically demanding industrial environments operating under quality management systems (ISO 9001, EN9100, ISO 17025, GxP or equivalents), with high expectations regarding compliance and standardization. * Experience in product inspection and control. * Knowledge of quality tools (8D, RCA, Six Sigma, etc.) * Proficiency in using measurement and inspection equipment.
