Advanced Formulas and Functions Lookup and reference functions: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH. Logical and complex conditional functions: IF, IFS, AND, OR, NOT. Text functions: RIGHT, LEFT, MID, CONCATENATE / TEXTJOIN, SUBSTITUTE. Date and time functions: TODAY(), NOW(), DAYS, NETWORKDAYS, DATE, MONTH, YEAR. Statistical and mathematical functions: AVERAGEIF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, STDEV, MEDIAN. Advanced array functions (Dynamic Arrays): UNIQUE, SORT, FILTER, SEQUENCE (Excel 365/2021). Data Analysis Pivot Tables with calculated fields, slicers, and filters. Dynamic charts linked to pivot tables. “What-If” analysis (Scenarios, Data Tables, Goal Seek). Strategic and simulation functions (Solver, Simulation Table). Advanced data validation and error handling (IFERROR, cell protection). Automation and Programming Basic and advanced macros using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). Automation of repetitive tasks (buttons, forms). Development of custom functions and procedures to optimize complex workbooks. Working with External Data Data import: CSV, Access, web, other worksheets. Connection and refresh of external data using Power Query. Data cleaning and transformation using Power Query (normalization, column splitting, column merging). Visualization and Presentation Advanced charts: combo, dynamic, scatter, radar, KPI indicators. Advanced conditional formatting using formulas. Dashboards: integration of tables, charts, and controls (sliders, dropdown lists). * Minimum 2 years’ experience.
