




Quality Department Assistant Responsible for updating and maintaining product technical datasheets, declarations of conformity, etc., in constant contact with manufacturers/suppliers. Management of customer incidents, including their tracking and resolution. Obtaining and maintaining the IFS Quality Certificate. Coordination with Purchasing/Commercial/Warehouse departments to ensure compliance with general standards. * Experience: 1 year. At least 1 year in a Quality Department. Knowledge of IFS standards or similar. Proficiency in office software. * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP Grado Superior) * English (Advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (Advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Essential – advanced level of English. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '2000' * Additional relevant information: A permanent contract is offered after an initial 6-month contract. Working hours will be scheduled between 08:00 and 17:15 (Fridays: 08:00–15:00). After a period within the department, the role may be adapted to combine responsibilities from both the Quality Department and the Purchasing/Logistics Department.
