




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Administrative Receptionist to provide administrative support, customer service, and communication management in the industrial sector. We are looking for a proactive and personable individual to fill the position of Administrative Receptionist in Parets del Vallès. If you have a strong command of English and an interest in the industrial sector, this is an opportunity to grow within the administrative field. Main responsibilities will include handling incoming calls in both English and Spanish, filtering and directing communications appropriately. You will also be responsible for receiving visitors, managing meeting rooms, and maintaining order and control in the reception area. Additionally, you will provide administrative support tasks such as mail handling, document scanning and distribution, preparation of supplier invoices, and processing cash sales. You will also participate in stock control of office supplies and cleaning products. The initial contract is through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with potential for subsequent direct employment with the company. * Secondary vocational education (or equivalent). * Knowledge of administrative management. * Proficient user-level computer skills. * Fluent English (mandatory for handling calls and visitors). * Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage. * Responsible, organized, professional in appearance, courteous, and customer-oriented.
