We are looking for a candidate to join our production team. The primary objective is to train as a rewinder assistant, representing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the paper industry. Over time, additional roles and responsibilities will become available as knowledge increases and value is delivered. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training to become familiar with all rewinder assistant duties. We seek someone eager to learn and committed, who wishes to grow with the company long-term. Employment conditions are governed by the Paper Industry Collective Agreement. A professional development plan with promotion opportunities is offered, along with the chance to join an experienced team. This position, with a long-term temporary contract, also includes the possibility of becoming a permanent employee at the Hernani site. Higher Technical Vocational Training (Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent). Minimum 1 year of proven experience in related positions. Availability to work five shifts. Prior experience in shift-based work systems is considered a plus. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
