You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects aimed at meeting the needs of internal clients, business units, and all personnel across the Group’s various companies, with particular emphasis on the fit-out, adaptation, renovation, and expansion of new or existing workplaces. What are we looking for?* Degree in Architecture or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). Optional: Master’s in Project Management. * Advanced competencies and knowledge in technical team management and coordination, as well as in managing supplier companies and contracts. * Economic management expertise for developing, controlling, and monitoring budgetary planning. * Technical-legal knowledge of applicable technical regulations, laws, and urban planning standards for proper management of development projects and/or construction execution contracts (LLSS, NNUU, CTE, RITE, RGBT, ITE, UNE standards, etc.). * Technical knowledge in civil engineering, electromechanical systems, architecture, and construction for supervising and controlling activities carried out by the team. * Computer skills for operating job-specific tools. * Fluent written and spoken English. * Preferably 5–8 years of experience (for senior-level positions requiring technical competencies) in managing technical construction projects and leading or coordinating interdisciplinary teams, with responsibilities in economic management of contracts and budgets.
