Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced draftsperson for developing drawings, designing construction elements, and preparing project documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of construction and installation drawings 2. Design and sizing of construction elements 3. Preparation of sketches, layouts, measurements, and budgets We are looking for a draftsperson to join a company located in Utebo. A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a technical office or equivalent tasks is required. A Higher Vocational Training Degree in Civil Works Projects or Building Projects is required, along with a Class B driving license. Proficiency in software such as AUTOCAD, Revit, and Cype will be valued. Responsibilities include developing construction and installation drawings, designing and sizing construction elements, and preparing sketches and layouts. Measurements, budgets, technical calculations, and preparation of project documentation will also be carried out. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A driving license is important for site visits, although the position is accessible by public transportation.
