Currently, we are seeking a Housekeeper \- Cook for a Children's Reception Center located in Gijón (Asturias). Responsibilities: * Prepare balanced menus previously designed and approved by a nutritionist. * Be responsible for purchasing, handling, seasoning, and serving food under appropriate conditions. * Prepare food while ensuring its quality and proper storage, as well as maintaining cleanliness in kitchen facilities, pantries, refrigerators/freezers, cooking utensils, and dining room tableware. * Monitor kitchen HACCP procedures (temperatures, sample collection, expiry dates, labeling of prepared products, etc.). * Manage raw materials, complying with established disinfection, thawing, and storage protocols. Receive orders and supervise them if necessary. * Assist with cleaning workspaces within the center and provide domestic support. * Purchase and assume responsibility for keys to linen cupboards, utensils, cleaning products, and other domestic supplies. * Ensure compliance with regulations governing collective dining facilities and food handling.
