San Camilo Center’s mission is to provide care and foster a culture of humanized care. The Care Center comprises an Assisted Residence for elderly people in situations of dependency and a Palliative Care Unit. The Assisted Residence is contracted with the Ministry of Social Policies and Family of the Community of Madrid, and the Palliative Care Unit is contracted with the Madrid Health Service (SERMAS) under the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid. **Job Mission:** * Conduct assessments, diagnosis, goal-setting, and treatment for residents and patients upon admission, when substantial changes occur, or as indicated by medical or nursing staff, or during reviews of Individual Care Plans. * Plan the treatment to be followed in each case, in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. * Schedule group and/or individual physical activities. * Evaluate and report on the treatment administered to families and the team. * Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff in assessing residents upon admission and those who suffer falls or trauma. * Perform functional assessments for residents and patients in the PCU who require them. * Evaluate users’ Individualized Care Plans. * Advise other professionals on resident and/or patient management protocols. * Be part of the Center’s interdisciplinary team and coordinate with it. * Carry out and participate in research projects proposed or conducted by the Center. * Deliver training activities within their field to other professionals. **Profile:** **Required Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in geriatrics. * Knowledge of the Person-Centered Care Model. **Working Hours:** * Mon–Fri: 8:00–16:50 (1-hour lunch break) * Sat (once per month): 10:00–13:00 **Offered:** * Permanent contract according to the Collective Agreement for Private and Contracted Residential and Day Centers of the Community of Madrid. * Remuneration: Base salary plus voluntary bonus. * ***Temporary accommodation in the guesthouse may be considered if required*** * Expected start date: April 2026 **Remuneration:** Base salary plus voluntary bonus. **Expected Start Date: April and/or May** A pre-selection will be carried out among submitted CVs to conduct interviews with candidates best matching the described professional profile. **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Learning capacity, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Specialist **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Permanent **Salary:** Between 24\.001 and 30\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** Not required **Start Date:** 01/05/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
