If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you shortly.**Some of your responsibilities will include:** **Function 1: MEDICATION SELECTION AND MANAGEMENT** * Select medications for the Hospiten Network and propose their inclusion in the Pharmacotherapeutic Guide, as well as draft and publish said guide. * Develop, classify, and implement a medication list organized into families and subfamilies (Therapeutic Groups) for proper management. * Establish necessary mechanisms for appropriate requests regarding inclusion or exclusion of medications in the Guide, and communicate acceptance or rejection of such requests to Medical Directors, the hospital’s Purchasing Department, the requesting physician, and the Pharmacies across the Hospiten Network. * Identify medications requested by Centers, verifying whether they are already authorized in the Pharmacotherapeutic Guide and/or whether equivalent medications exist in the network’s drug database, based on molecule, active ingredient, and composition. **Function 2: SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT AND NEGOTIATION** * Standardize, unify, and homologate medications and suppliers. * Receive and register pharmaceutical and economic offers. * Manage and monitor pricing, purchases, and annual purchase volume with suppliers based on the ABC classification of medications, conducting analysis to support negotiation and financial improvement. * Manage documentation related to procurement files. * Prepare reports and procurement files to support decision\-making, approval, and signature by the Central Purchasing Department’s Management. * Report and inform the Central Purchasing Department’s Management and the requesting hospital’s Management about the technical and economic analysis of received requests to facilitate decision\-making. **Requirements:** Qualification: Pharmacy Technician. • Prior experience in hospital settings is valued. • Organizational and problem\-solving skills. • Effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (pharmacists, nurses, assistants, etc.). • Flexible working hours: availability to work rotating shifts according to hospital needs. • Competence in medication procurement management and supplier communication. • Responsibility and professionalism. **We Offer:** • Experience in a rapidly expanding multinational. • Professional development. • Flexible compensation program, enabling you to optimize your salary according to your personal needs. • Special benefits for being part of Hospiten.
