At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future—and the future of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ormazabal Igorre seeks to hire personnel for its mechanical assembly team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble various components inside Medium Voltage switchgear (e.g., membranes, mica sheets, retainers, fuse carriers, circuit breakers, busbars, capacitors, interfaces, etc.), update equipment traceability, follow assembly instructions, and use electronic torque tools. * Work on an assembly line operating under a lean production system, which requires maintaining a consistent work pace with scheduled breaks. * Conduct assembly inspections to ensure work quality and prevent production incidents or delays. * Occasionally attend daily PCP meetings and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protective measures for personnel, facilities, and tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Degree obtained **within the last three years.** * + Intermediate Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Advanced Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. + Advanced Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics. + Full Professional Certification (ELEQ0111) for Auxiliary Operations in Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Equipment. + Professional Certification for Auxiliary Operations in Mechanical Manufacturing (FMEE0108). + Professional Certification for Assembly and Commissioning of Industrial Equipment and Machinery (FMEE0208). + Professional Certification for Production in Machining, Forming, and Mechanical Assembly (FMEM0209). * **Experience:** Experience in assembly-line manufacturing processes and handling tools. * **Competencies:** + Attitude and willingness to work, adapting to changes and requirements. + Performance: appropriate work pace meeting established process and quality standards. + Teamwork: We operate on a production line involving multiple people, where one person’s activities impact others’.
