Teamwork and digital competencies in e-learning **Description:** ---------------- Dicampus is looking for professionals oriented toward e-learning project management, tutoring of training initiatives, and advising students. We are selecting several profiles with experience in online training to strengthen our tutoring structure. The professionals we hire will be responsible for managing and facilitating training activities, as well as providing student support and follow-up. We seek professionals with a clear customer orientation, striving for service excellence for our students. What will your responsibilities be? * Manage training projects * Provide academic advising to our students * Advise on and manage incidents or inquiries * Manage the entire training process on the learning platform * Ensure high-quality customer service * Enter required information into IT tools * Manage documentation associated with the entire process * Maintain active communication with other company departments for optimal process management. Experience in the following areas will be valued: * Proficiency in technological tools supporting training activities. * Management of face-to-face and/or e-learning training projects * Digital competencies related to e-learning training * Experience using technology tools related to training, e.g., Moodle * Experience in customer service and/or student tutoring and support * Oral and written communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team
