Position Summary: We are seeking a TIR Import Operations Officer to manage international shipments and the client portfolio, including tracking, documentation, and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of international shipments and customer service. 2. Monitoring and tracking of shipments, ensuring adherence to deadlines. 3. Resolution of transportation incidents and preparation of documentation. **What You Can Expect** **: At Rhenus Logistics, we seek to hire a "TIR Import Operations Officer" for our branch in Irun (Guipúzcoa), whose primary mission will be managing international shipments for the Irun branch’s client portfolio. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service for managing pickup orders. * Monitoring shipment status and departures to meet established deadlines in coordination with HUBs and designated partners. * Opening files for subsequent invoicing. * Shipment tracking. * Preparation and management of documentation. * Resolution of transportation incidents. * Keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments. **What You Bring:** Requirements: * Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team. * Intermediate English proficiency. * French and/or German language skills are advantageous.
