Founded in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat works with 27,000 teachers from over 2,600 educational centers across Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru—enabling more than 600,000 students to learn mathematics through deep conceptual understanding and competency development. #### **Your Mission** You will join our team of **Key Account Managers**, responsible for managing our most important client accounts. You will develop strategies to maintain long-term relationships and work to sustain strong connections with school leadership teams. In collaboration with our team of pedagogical experts, you will design a tailored support and training plan to ensure Innovamat’s success within each school. #### **Your Day-to-Day at Innovamat** * You will visit the leadership teams of the schools in your portfolio, always aiming to develop, strengthen, and continuously improve the relationship while advancing implementation of the support plan. * You will interpret the needs of current and potential clients. * You will coordinate with your regional team to enhance solutions and respond effectively to daily challenges. * You will hold regular review meetings with our team of pedagogical experts—who are responsible for delivering classroom-based didactic actions with teachers. * You will attend internal trainings on mathematics pedagogy, sector events or education fairs, business networking activities, etc. * You will manage and document all activities in our CRM (Salesforce). * You will be part of an agile team defined by shared responsibility and interdependence. #### **What We’re Looking For** * Passion for contributing to the impact of our educational proposal. * Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, with strong learning agility and adaptability. * A special connection to the educational world or to mathematics. * Ability to connect with and build relationships with individuals holding leadership responsibilities in educational institutions. * Strong communication skills—a *must*. * Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration with colleagues. * Organization, enthusiasm, and curiosity. * Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and perform comfortably under certain time constraints. * Strong systematic thinking and attention to detail to keep our CRM up to date. * High proficiency in Basque (Euskera) * Valid driver’s license. **And if you also…** * Have prior experience managing large client accounts * Are interested in business, startups, and dynamic environments **…that would be wonderful—though not essential :)** #### **What You Can Expect From Innovamat** Our culture and values define who we are and how we work.
