Seat guests at a clean, available table, pull out chairs, and place a current, clean menu in front of each guest. Guide guests through the dining room and assist them according to their needs. Move and arrange tables and chairs, modify overall layout, and manage seating for groups with specific requirements. Verify that seating is appropriate and that each guest has a napkin, clean flatware, and all other standard items. Ensure sufficient menus are available, that they are current, clean, and free of wrinkles. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, following continuous cleaning procedures. Monitor available seating in dining areas, service, guest safety, and well-being. Follow and implement all chain safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and any unsafe working conditions; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Wear a clean, complete uniform; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times on property; uphold confidentiality when sharing information related to the brand and/or hotel, and protect all company assets.
