Your role will be fundamental to guaranteeing the success of our construction works—from planning through execution to final delivery. You will report directly to the project director and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Leadership and management of on-site work teams. * Supervision and control of road construction execution, with particular emphasis on motorways and highways. * Detailed planning of project phases, including resources, schedules, and budgets. * Ensuring compliance with current technical and safety regulations. * Management of relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Coordination of activities with other departments and consulting firms. * Preparation of progress and construction control reports. * Resolution of incidents and decision-making to ensure project advancement. * Active participation in technical and coordination meetings. * Ensuring proper application of Eosol Group’s working methodologies and quality procedures. ### **What We Are Looking For:** To thrive in this role, you will need a combination of solid technical experience, leadership skills, and exceptional organizational ability. We value proactivity, problem-solving capability, and effective communication. ### **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in **Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports)**. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of **10 years’ proven experience** in managing **road projects**, particularly **highways and motorways**.
