**Job Description**
We are looking to hire a candidate with a solid technical background and enthusiasm for working in a team that combines automation, developer support, and technological platform evolution. This role has a hybrid nature, spanning advanced support, platform engineering, and automation development.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**
* Participate in the evolution and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, creating automations that simplify life for development teams.
* Collaborate closely with teams working in the **.NET** ecosystem, supporting incident resolution, debugging, technical decision-making, and maintenance of in-house systems.
* Contribute to the progressive transition toward deploying components in **container-based environments**, providing technical judgment, best practices, and prior experience where applicable.
* Participate in designing new capabilities related to **AI and intelligent automation**, an area our group is set to strengthen.
* Work collaboratively to continuously improve our platforms, tools, and processes.
**Profile****Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)**
* **Minimum 5 years of professional development experience within the .NET ecosystem** (C\#, .NET Framework or .NET Core):
+ Solid understanding of architecture, design patterns, best practices, and troubleshooting.
+ Ability to understand and resolve issues in third-party applications.
* Basic knowledge or genuine interest in **DevOps** and process automation.
* Ability to write **scripts** (PowerShell, bash, Python, or others).
* Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a fast-paced technology environment.
**Desirable (Nice to Have)**
* Prior experience creating or maintaining **CI/CD pipelines** (Groovy, Jenkins, YAML, GitLab CI, etc.).
* Experience with **containers** (Docker, Kubernetes or related platforms) and hands-on deployment or packaging of applications.
* Experience in the **Java** ecosystem—even if limited—as some systems we support use it.
* Knowledge of or interest in **AI technologies applied to development and automation**.
* Familiarity with collaborative environments and modern development tools.
