




Job Summary: Develop assembly, welding, and finishing of metal subassemblies, applying manufacturing knowledge and pursuing continuous improvement in productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and define the assembly and welding process for metal parts. 2. Perform welding using automatic machines and TIG, including finishing and self-inspection. 3. Operate, program, and supervise welding robots, ensuring high quality. Carry out assembly, welding, and finishing tasks for complex metal subassemblies and assemblies, applying manufacturing expertise and actively promoting continuous improvement in productivity and quality. * Based on subassembly drawings, plan and define the assembly and welding process for components. * Weld metal structures using automatic machines and TIG, performing finishing and smoothing operations on welds, as well as self-inspection of assemblies according to drawing specifications. * Operate (handle and program), maintain, and supervise welding robots (automatic or semi-automatic), adjusting robot parameters to ensure high-quality welding, interpreting drawings, and monitoring robot operation during the welding process. * Conduct quality control by inspecting welded parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements and applicable regulations. * Perform preventive maintenance on welding equipment and tooling, including cleaning, component adjustment, and system checks, aiming to detect and resolve potential failures in robots or welding equipment, while maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace (OOL). **Qualifications:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Metal Structures… * Relevant experience is valued. **Languages:** * Basque
