




Description At our Resort Club Mac 3\* Puerto de Alcudia, we are looking for a committed and talented Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant to join our Resort Club Mac team. To collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director in providing administrative, documentary, and organizational support to the F&B department, ensuring proper control of records, documentation, signage, inventories, and internal communications, thereby contributing to the area’s daily operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Manage, review, update, and archive all departmental documentation, both physical and digital (HACCP, Quality, Selective Waste Management, daily logs, checklists, forms, and lists). * Replace outdated documentation and ensure all operational and regulatory information remains up to date. * Prepare and update menus, signage, printed materials, and informational resources for various sales points according to operational changes. * Receive, review, and distribute internal communications, coordinating administrative needs with area managers. * Support preparation for internal and external audits (HACCP / Quality) and ensure required documentation is complete and well-organized. * Collaborate with other departments to guarantee efficient administrative flow and contribute to the proper functioning of the F&B area. Requirements Required Profile * Proven Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or F&B departments. * Key Competencies: Organization and planning, attention to detail, teamwork, effective communication, ability to follow procedures, adaptability to change, responsibility, and confidentiality. * Languages: Basic–intermediate English; knowledge of additional languages is valued. * Academic Qualifications: Completion of higher vocational training in administration, accounting, and/or any field related to F&B or administrative management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, digital archiving systems, document editing, and hotel management software is required.
