Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced architect to develop graphical and technical project documentation for architectural projects, coordinating with collaborators and management. Commitment to quality and attention to detail in architectural projects. We are looking for an architecture professional with experience to work in Picassent. The primary responsibility will be the full development of graphical and technical documentation for architectural projects, from basic design through to execution design. This includes preparation of technical reports, specifications of construction details, and application of current regulations. Detailed measurements and budgets will also be prepared. Support in structural and installation technical calculations, as well as resolution of technical queries during design and construction phases, will be valued. High-quality drawings and renders will be produced; documentation for permits will be prepared and processed; and administrative procedures will be managed. Technical coordination with external collaborators will be essential. Close collaboration with the firm’s management will be required. Temporary contract with possibility of part-time arrangement. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture is required. A minimum of 4–5 years’ experience performing the duties associated with this position is mandatory. Solid knowledge of current technical and urban planning regulations is expected. Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and specialized technical software such as AllPlan and Cype is essential. Advanced Excel skills are required. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to architecture and advanced Access skills will be considered advantageous.
