Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of production plans, optimizing the organization of your team, communication, staff development, and the proper use of available material resources, meeting at all levels the safety, environmental, quality, delivery, and cost standards defined by the company. **Specifically, you will be responsible for:** * Planning, directing, and controlling production activities by analyzing workload and resource capacity (human and production equipment) to meet established objectives. * Driving process improvement, management systems, and optimization within your area of responsibility, as well as leading and facilitating interdepartmental meetings to achieve maximum efficiency in the work cells under your supervision. * Being responsible for complying with and enforcing environmental instructions and preventive measures necessary to avoid or reduce occupational risks. * Leading and developing your team, equipping them to achieve established goals. * Leading teams to identify problems and propose solutions to increase productivity, participating in corrective actions suggested by others, and using established management tools for this purpose. * Ensuring accurate and effective communication, both upward and downward, conveying company objectives, their progress, action plans, and communication channels between employees and the company. * Analyzing indicators (production, maintenance, and quality), prioritizing improvement plans. * Identifying potential risks in your area of responsibility affecting people, products, machines, or tools, and reporting them to Management. * Complying with and enforcing procedures and systems established in your area of responsibility, promoting timely improvements. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Most importantly, we are looking for a responsible, approachable, collaborative, adaptable, and integrity-driven individual. * Education: Degree in Engineering or similar. * Experience: We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial companies. * Languages: Fluent spoken and written Basque, intermediate level of spoken and written English. * Skills: Office 365, especially Excel, SAGE. * Willingness to travel. * Teamwork and communication skills. * Leadership: Clear focus on people and results.
