Main responsibilities include material handling, operation of specialized metallurgical machinery, and direct involvement in the manufacturing process. Ability to follow instructions and maintain required quality standards is essential. An active attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. You will also assist in basic machinery maintenance and workplace organization to ensure a safe and productive environment. Initial training in the metal sector will be provided. This position includes a base salary plus a 12% incentive, increasing to 15% upon completion of training. We seek a committed individual interested in professional growth. A temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent is offered. No specific qualifications are required.
