**Description:** As an Apparel Developer, you will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of products from a technical perspective—enhancing quality in accordance with standards and legislation, and ensuring product compliance. **Key Details:** * Working hours: 39 * Location: Alicante **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Send documentation to suppliers to ensure product launch and monitoring, guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines. * Manage product development and sample approval (completing technical specifications, evaluating raw materials, accessories, measurements, and other specific details), coordinating with suppliers on necessary modifications and improvements, and providing appropriate technical solutions should difficulties arise during original development. * Closely monitor orders and production plans, ensuring compliance with deadlines, procedures, and quality requirements. * Collaborate closely with Design, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Import departments. * Define target pricing and negotiate; select suppliers; send documentation; place orders; and manage delivery timelines. * Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking. * Identify new opportunities to expand or renew the product range. * Collaborate with our office in China to closely manage supplier relationships, resolve issues, and improve processes or products. * Support the area coordinator: + Ensuring factories and suppliers follow our instructions and requirements. + Monitoring compliance with standards and deadlines. + Providing weekly feedback on each supplier’s status and impressions regarding potential incidents. **What we are looking for:** * Education in Pattern Making, Garment Construction, or Textile Design (Higher Vocational Training, CFGS, or equivalent). * Knowledge of production stages for textile, footwear, or accessory products. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * English level B2\. **What we offer:** * Annual bonus based on performance. * Flexible working hours. * Flexible remuneration (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, etc.). * Employee discount. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment (JD Group). * Extensive training catalog covering both hard and soft skills (languages, technical training, etc.). * On-site sports facilities. **About the group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have become the destination for those passionate about sport and sportswear.
