Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 4 Technical Engineers or Graduates in Agricultural and/or Forestry Engineering to support PAC (Common Agricultural Policy) controls in Oviedo.

**Functions and Tasks**
----------------------
* Support for Reinforced Conditionality Aid: compliance with Legal Management Requirements (RLG) and Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions (BCAM).
* Production aid in Natura 2000 Network areas and Natural Constraints Zones (ZLN), including livestock headcount on farms.
* Organic production aid: review of farm documentation, completion of questionnaires, and inspection of plots in case of arable farming.
* Apple orchard aid: verification of number of feeders, nest boxes, perches, planting system, and planting density.
* Legume aid: verification of certificates and plot inspections.
* Eco-schemes, low-carbon agriculture, and agroecology: documentation verification and plot inspections.
* Review of plots with incidents monitored via surface area monitoring.

### **Education**
#### **Qualification**
* Official qualification at MECES level 2 in Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural and/or Forestry Engineering (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
### **Other Mandatory Requirements**
* This vacancy is incompatible with being the owner of an agricultural and/or livestock farm in Asturias, or being an applicant or beneficiary of PAC aid during 2026\.
* Physical fitness to perform fieldwork
* Immediate availability to start work

* GIS (Geographic Information Systems) course exceeding 30 hours
### **Previous Experience**
* From 1 month up to 1 year of experience in on-site PAC aid controls (experience under employment contract)
* From 1 month up to 1 year of experience in field control of crop areas using GIS software such as SGAMCC, SICREC or equivalents (experience under employment contract)
* From 1 month up to 1 year performing duties as a user of the SGA application (experience under employment contract)
* From 1 month up to 1 year of fieldwork experience in mountainous areas of the Principality of Asturias (experience under employment contract)
### **Other Meritorious Factors**
* From 1 month up to 7 months of experience driving off-road vehicles under mountain conditions
