We are seeking **a visionary leader to head IntellectEU Emerging Technologies** practice and drive initiatives in web3\.0\. The Program Manager will define and execute the program’s vision, strategic roadmap, and budget while cultivating innovation and measurable business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in web3\.0 in the financial sector, expertise with public and private DLTs, combined with proven experience in program leadership and stakeholder engagement. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the vision, strategic plan, and budget for the Program, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals. * Lead a distributed engineering team on Web3\.0 projects, facilitating cross\-project collaboration. * Define the roadmap of R\&D activities for the Emerging Technology department. * Ensure efficient resource management, planning, and recruitment in coordination with the company’s delivery management group. * Report on the program activities, progress, and risks to the Head of Delivery. * Manage the financials of the area, including marginality, billability and project budgeting approval. * Mentor and support project managers of the department. * Support the sales team by defining business programs and providing comprehensive knowledge of each program. **Technical skills** **Must have:** * 5\+ years of experience in a Program Manager role or similar * 3\+ years of practical experience with web3\.0 technologies in the financial sector. * Experience in managing large teams in software development projects, including budgeting. * Understand team roles throughout the software project lifecycle. * Deep understanding of the Web 3\.0 technologies and public and permissioned DLTs. * Solid grasp of AI tools and technologies and their impact in the industry. * Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations, address concerns, and find mutually beneficial solutions. * Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. **Nice to have:** * Hands\-on experience with Canton, Hyperledger Besu, and Ethereum. **We guarantee:** * International experience in a stable company: the company has offices in Antwerp, Lisbon, Krakow, Kyiv, New York, and operates on the market for over 15 years. * A passionate team in an innovative, casual, positive, and open work environment, ready to meet your new ideas. * Great opportunities for personal and professional development, as well as the chance to change the way the business works in the financial world. * Work where you're most productive: remote, in\-office, or hybrid options available.
