At Bluemara Solutions we are looking for a new colleague!! **This is a Systems Technician position**, to join one of our top clients. The selected candidate will actively participate in incident resolution, maintenance, and installation of IT infrastructures. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Technical assistance for **incidents and failures**. * **Diagnosis and resolution of issues** in cabinets, networks, and systems. * **Hardware component replacement** in IT infrastructures. * Provision of **Level 2 technical support to CSU**. * **Installation of equipment**: storage, networks, and servers, including **hardware configuration**. * **Implementation of integrated solutions**, including servers, storage systems (storage), and computer systems. * Collaboration with other technical teams for continuous service improvement. What do we need you to bring? At least 3 years’ experience performing the above-mentioned responsibilities. * Vocational training in **Computer Science, Microcomputer Systems, or similar**. * **Higher Degree in Computer Systems**. **Technical knowledge** * Administration and support of **servers**. * Installation and management of **storage**. * Knowledge of **networks and systems**. * Experience in **Level 2 technical support**. **Other aspects we consider important:** * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and service orientation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. Initially, the facilities are located in Colmenar Viejo, but a relocation to the García Noblejas area in Madrid is scheduled for March. A personal vehicle is required, as the candidate will occasionally need to travel to incident sites, with corresponding mileage reimbursement. Full-time position Permanent contract. A 6-month contract with Bluemara Solutions is established, followed by integration into the client’s permanent staff.
