Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineering or related field student to support the improvement of manufacturing processes and material flow, and to collaborate in the deployment of Lean methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Support in optimizing manufacturing processes and material flow. 2. Support in deploying Lean methodologies such as 6S and management meetings. 3. What We Expect: * Support the project management team. * Participate in the analysis of manufacturing processes. * Diagnose processes and propose improvements. * Participate in analyzing the manufacturing flow, batch sizes, transfer methods, and frequency of material movement. * Diagnose material and information flow and propose improvements. * Support the process team in developing work instructions aligned with implemented improvements or product evolution. * Support the process team in developing supply specifications aligned with implemented improvements or product evolution. * Support the process team by providing suppliers with proposals regarding improvements and factory supply methods. * Support the process team and workshop in implementing factory-wide 6S. * Support the process team in implementing daily management meetings at all levels. * Participate in implementing the factory’s continuous improvement meeting. * Support the process team and workshop in implementing TKE PS. Who We Are Looking For: * Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar technical qualification, with a focus on mechanical and/or electronic engineering. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * English level B2. * Proactive and pragmatic attitude, analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and time management skills; organizational abilities. * Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
