




**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management and supervision of the milling machine team * Handling possible breakdowns (SAT for different machines) * Development and optimization of machining and manufacturing processes. * Collaboration with other departments to ensure product quality and accuracy * Supervision of projects from inception to final delivery, including management and preparation of raw materials. * Responsible for the tool storage room * Maintenance to ensure proper operation of machines. * Training of apprentices * Ensuring quality and quantity of finished products * Monitoring timelines and processes. * Workshop opening and closing. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Machining or a degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position within the machining sector. * Knowledge of OKUMA milling machines. * Extensive knowledge of cutting tools, cutting conditions, and machining strategies. Comprehensive understanding of the entire machining process and the relationship between technical office and production. * High-level ability to interpret 2D drawings, 3D solids, and 3D models * Experience in the automotive, railway, electromedical, etc. sectors.
